Managing the district's resources efficiently is essential for maximizing educational outcomes. With extensive financial experience, I will work to ensure that funds are allocated effectively to support academic programs, infrastructure, and extracurricular activities, while maintaining transparency and accountability.

As a long-time resident of West Sacramento and a proud wife and Latina, raising our children in a multiracial family, I am a champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Every student deserves a secure and supportive environment where they can be their best self and thrive.

With five years of active leadership involvement with the Bridgeway Island Elementary PTO, I bring firsthand insight into needs and aspirations of students and families.

I have a background in organizational leadership and deep commitment to public service. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications, a Master’s Degree in Organizational Training and Development, and 18 years of public service experience, I would bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to this role as your board member. I currently serves as a Senior Financial Specialist at the United States Geological Survey, where I manage multi-million dollar budgets and navigate complex financial landscapes with precision and good stewardship of tax dollars.

You have my commitment that I will be a dedicated advocate for our children and prioritize student safety and effective fiscal management. I am proud to have the support of neighbors, school staff, and community members. I hope to earn your vote!
